What a roof inspection actually involves

We inspect the whole building envelope, not just the spot you called about. It takes 45 to 60 minutes, and you get photos of what we found explained in plain language rather than a number on a page.

You will know the scope, the cost, and the timeline before you decide anything. If a repair will hold a few more years, we say so, even though replacement is the bigger job for us.

Scope. Supplement. Recoverable depreciation. Adjuster. We document hail and wind damage properly, meet your adjuster on site, and explain what your policy is likely to cover. We cannot control what your carrier decides, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can do is make sure the damage is documented and the repair is scoped correctly, which is where most claims are won or lost.

  3. Scope and schedule

    A written scope, a real timeline, and a straight description of what the work will be like day to day.

  4. Completion and walkthrough

    We finish, we clean up thoroughly, and we walk the property with you before we call it done.
